We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, please help by notifying us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. You can return the merchandise in a reasonable time in the original packaging with the bill of sale.
BodyArtPro will gladly pay for the shipping and handling only on exchanges due to manufacturers defects and/or our shipping errors. It is your responsibility to pay the shipping and handling for any other reason.
Orders shipped via Expedited Commercial and ExpressPost include Insurance on postal damages and errors. Please note shipping insurance is not included on regular post and Small Packet International orders.
When returning merchandise that is not suitable, please contact BodyArtPro for a Return Authorization number. That Return Authorization number MUST be CLEARLY MARKED on the outside of the returned package. NO PACKAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RA#.
